Done Right is a thorough and honest company. We called for a house check due to some cracking our slab foundation that was evidenced on our floor tile and roof. They took measurements and educated me about the types of cracks they were as well as home based solutions to help my problem. Fortunately I need not need a full repair but Done Right still took the time to make sure I knew what was going on and how to help manage any further issues. I appreciated their help and 100% will continue to use them for consult or services as needed.

When our two neighbors had foundation repair completed and I saw cracks appearing in the tile in our house, I got worried we would need that done also. I called Done Right and Mason came out to take the measurements necessary to determine if needed. There was no charge for the evaluation. We were happy to find out that we did not need repair! They also allowed us to finance the repair as we were not prepared for this home improvement at the time. Done Right Foundation repair lives up to their name, I called Chris and explained to him my concerns with my settling home and the worries i was experiencing. From the first conversation i could tell i was being taken care of, he scheduled to have his son mason come out and provide me with an estimate. Mason was very thorough with his initial inspection and walked me through and informed me on a lot of information. We felt confident and had them fix our settling foundation and they got the job Done Right. I’ve already referred them to my neighbors but i felt i should post my experience with them online for others to see as well!

Ultimately, Done Right offered the most cost-effective solution, but the human interaction was certainly a motivator for doing business. Honest and professional! I contacted Done Right Foundation due to seeing some cracks in patio concrete areas and foundation skim around our home. They came out right away and did an inspection.
